ISSUES
These are the major issues that Callie believes we need to address:
Behavioral Health Services
Student behavior is a major concern for many school districts, especially now that we are coming out of COVID and progressing back towards normalcy. We need to look at programs to support students with severe behaviors, and also apply strategies that will support all students and staff.

FUNDING
We don't receive the needed funds from the State of Wisconsin to properly sustain our school district. We either need to prepare to pass referendums every four years, find a way to acquire more funds, or come up with a plan on how to move forward with only the funds we have. Callie will work with her colleagues on the School Board and administration to make sure that resources are allocated properly.

FLEXIBILITY
Not everyone learns the same way or at the same speed. Students should be able to work at their own pace, utilizing a variety of teaching methods. We also need to allow our teachers to work using methods that highlight their strengths as educators.
